We believe we are called to represent Jesus and His Kingdom in our neighborhoods and cities. At Mountain View we do this by intentionally showing care and grace through acts of kindness as well as by sharing the Gospel to those we encounter. We know that our words and our lifestyle matter when it comes to the Gospel.

LOCAL/REGIONAL OUTREACH & MINISTRIES

The Greater Urbana Area Food Bank was started over 30 years ago. This non-profit organization provides not only food to families in need, but also has many supplemental programs that run throughout the year, collecting and distributing household goods, and school
supplies, Easter baskets and Christmas gifts.

Location: 4328 Reels Mill Rd, Frederick, MD 21704

We also value partnering strategically with local ministries reaching out to specific groups of people with the good news of Jesus Christ.

Through the Compassion Corner we collect items and supplies for partner organizations and ministries. We desire to be a blessing and serve those in need in our community in order to demonstrate the love of God in practical ways.
