dtourD/TOUR is the name of our Sunday morning ministry for middle- and high-school students. In addition to attending one of our services (Saturday 6:00pm, Sunday 9:15am, Sunday 11:00am), and our weekly youth ministry programs (WOW and SOS), we encourage our students to learn more about Christ through D/TOUR.  A disciple is a committed follower. A tour is trip of discovery. D/TOUR (“D” stands for “Discipleship” and “Tour” stands for, um, “Tour”) is a series of four Sunday morning pathways to help students understand and deepen their faith. Each element of DTOUR is unique, creative and age-appropriate.

6th and 7th Grades meet at 11:00am

8th through 12th Grades meet at 9:15am

DTOUR runs September through May

beginningsSixty-Seven (6th & 7th Grades)

Sixty-Seven features a series of Bible stories related in a way that makes them stick. As they hear and retell the stories, students are able to imagine--and remember--the major events of the Bible and discover God’s incredible story. 11:00am - Located in the PIT (lower level)

crossingsEighty-Nine (8th & 9th Grades)

Eighty-Nine covers eight “modules” over a two-year period, ideas that form the core of the Christian faith and that every Christian should know. The program combines teaching and small groups to help students build a foundation for their faith. 9:15am - Located in the PIT classroom (lower level)

risingTen Eleven (10th & 11th Grades)

Ten Eleven studies the Bible together with an emphasis on applying it to their lives as high school students. 9:15am - Located in the PIT (lower level)

Seniors  are getting ready for the world that awaits them. Our class for seniors, done with coffee and conversation, is a time to reflect on what we really believe about the world and about God. We help students form a view of the world that can withstand the tests of college and life. 9:15am - Located in the Office Conference Room
