If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, it may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. Youve probably found there are very few people who understand the deep hurt you are experiencing. You may feel isolated and have many questions about things youve never faced before. Fortunately, you dont have to go through the grieving process alone.
GriefShare is a friendly, caring support group led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. Your GriefShare group will meet weekly to walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. You'll also gain access to valuable GriefShare resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life. The cost is $15.
