Dive-In and Living Water - Fall of 2011
The Dive-In and Living Water classes are Sunday morning MVCC Adult Education ministries guided by our vision of “Making Fully Devoted Followers of Jesus.” His followers seek to be equipped with a thorough knowledge of His Word, transforming how we think and live. All adults are welcome to attend!Dive-In (9:30am)
Dive-In classes meet from 9:30-10:40 each Sunday during the 9:30 Worship Service. The Dive-In class is for adults who are seeking to dive deeper into the Word of God. The class features an opening time of fellowship and prayer followed by interactive teaching from the Bible. A new Dive-In series begins every four to six weeks in the “Dive-In Living Water Room” located near the upper floor church lobby.The current class in Dive-In is Courageous? Men of the Bible, taught by Scott Studer. This is a class for men AND women about courage in the eyes of God.
Living Water (11:00am)
Living Water classes meet from 11:00-12:10 each Sunday during the 11:00 Worship Service. The Living Water class is for adults who are seeking Biblical answers to life issues (such as parenting, marriage, and finances). The class features an opening time of fellowship and prayer followed by relevant (often DVD) teaching and then caring, confidential small group discussion. A new Living Water series begins every four to eight weeks in the “Dive-In Living Water Room” located near the upper floor church lobby.The current class in Living Water is Parenting Teens Made Easy (LOL), taught by Pastor Steve and Mike Hourigan. This class will provide some biblical counsel on parenting, and help foster a sense of community among parents of teens in the church.
