OTHER MVCC EVENTS
Dive-In & Living Water
Dive-In (9:30-10:40 AM each Sunday)—Daniel. An in-depth look at the prophet whose great faith and integrity under pressure has inspired and challenged God’s people throughout the centuries. This study from the Old Testament prophecy of Daniel (and a great parallel for our Revelation sermon series) is being taught by Dan Jerore.
Living Water (11:00 AM-12:10 PM each Sunday)—Heaven. Randy Alcorn’s bestselling book is wonderfully brought to life through this seven-part video series. Begin to understand and picture Heaven the way Scripture describes it—a bright, vibrant, and physical New Earth, free from sin, suffering, and death, and brimming with Christ's presence, wondrous natural beauty, and the richness of human culture as God intended it. The next time you hear someone say, "We can't begin to imagine what Heaven will be like," you will be able to tell them, "I can." This study (also very timely as our sermon series progresses through Revelation) is being facilitated by Doug Mee.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES
Craft Help Needed
Our 11:00 program for 1st-5th graders uses a variety of teaching methods, including skits, games, discussion questions and crafts. Our current Craft Station Team is doing an outstanding job teaching Biblical truths in a visual, experiential way, but they could use some help! We need people to help with craft preparation during the week, people to come on Sunday mornings from 10:45-12:15 to help kids with the crafts, and we could also use more Craft Station Leaders, who are responsible for planning, preparing and explaining the crafts. If you are interested in helping in any of these areas, please contact Kristine Vernier at fireflygiraffe@aol.com or 240-315- 6454.
NOTE: Please see the board in the downstairs lobby for other opportunities for service within the Children's Ministry.
