We believe that training is the key to keeping our leaders on the "cutting edge." We will not start a new ministry without a trained leader to lead it.

We are committed to a purpose driven, not program driven ministry, and are organized and structured around our purposes.

We teach God's Word in a way that connects with people and applies the Scriptures to people's daily lives.

We're here to love people and help them with their life needs by individually sharing the love of Christ, and providing small groups and watch-care servants to minister to their needs.

We will not settle for the "status quo." We live by the motto: "Expect great things from God and attempt great things for God."

Informal worship style

While we incorporate many of the great traditions of the church into our worship, our basic style of worship is informal with casual dress encouraged.

Evaluation and Excellence

We evaluate everything by Scripture and our Mission Statement, and strive for excellence in every ministry.

Worship that is primarily contemporary, drawing from both ancient and modern music

We seek to praise God in a celebrative and reflective manner, combining contemporary Christian music with the great hymns and songs of the past.
